When you contact us or submit a scholarship application, we collect information you provide such as your name, email address, school information, essays, financial information, and portfolio files.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate scholarship applications, administer awards, and communicate about Foundation activities. Application materials are reviewed by the Selection Committee and Board of Directors.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website (for example hosting and email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses essential cookies for admin authentication and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). If you choose “Remember this application on this device,” this browser stores only a random draft identifier and an essential, secure access cookie until the draft expires or you turn the option off. Turning the option off immediately removes the saved browser identifier and ends persistent remembered access; secure access remains only for the current browser session so you can continue the application, and ends when the browser closes. The application answers and access credential are not stored in browser-readable storage. Do not enable this option on a shared or public computer.
